One-way rental is only allowed within USA. You can, however, pick up in Seattle, drive into Canada, and then drop off back in Seattle (or any other depot in the US). One-way fees vary.

You must be at least 21 years of age (at the time of pickup) with a valid driver’s license to rent an Escape camper. Escape does not charge a young driver fee. Read more

The rental price varies according to demand and season. You'll get the lowest price if you book your Jeep Camper well in advance when availability is high. It's also cheaper to travel during low season. On the other hand, if you book close to your departure date or book your camper for high season, you'll pay more. It's just like flight tickets!
