Want to combine some of the world's best beaches & amazing cultural sights with the lush jungle and amazing wildlife? Well, then this itinerary in Mexico and Costa Rica might be just the right combination for you!

You start out in one of the biggest cities in the World, Mexico City. Absorb the surroundings and get ready for an 8 day adventure through Central Mexico until you reach beautiful Puerto Escondido. You move from big city vibes to the classic Latin American laid back atmosphere. Expect sand in the sandals, cocktails by the beach, waves striking the shore gently and delicious authentic tacos for lunch. Mexico certainly have it all.

Head towards Cancun and explore both Yucutan and Quintana Roo on your own. Here's beaches en masse, beautiful Maya ruins and cenotes (natural deep-water wells) almost everywhere you go.

From Cancun you fly to San José where you'll go on an 11 day adventure with other backpackers. Check out all the cool spots in Costa Rica before you end by the beach in Santa Teresa, perfect if you're into surfing.

Stay here for as long as you like, before heading back to San José and fly home. Or onwards. It's up to you really.
