Lisbon Your adventure begins

We've secured your first nights of accommodation when you arrive in Lisbon. You'll stay at Selina Hostel in the center of the city, and what better place to kick off your Portugal adventure!

Note that the city is all about walking or taking the tram. This of course gives you some great excercise (who doesn't need that?) and obviously some spectacular sights, once you reach the top of the hills. Lisbon is very beautiful and boasts an impressive food scene as well.

Ericeira Learn to surf like a pro!

Included is one week of full blown awesomeness in a surf camp where only good vibes is allowed. Embrace the authentic surfing lifestyle and join likeminded travellers when you arrive at the surf camp in Ericeira. Included is of course surf lessons, accommodation, breakfast and rental of surf gear. Break down the waves of the Atlantic Ocean as you spend most of your days accompanied by your surf board. In the evening you can either choose to chill in the surf camp or explore the nightlife by the town's beach promenade, where you'll find plenty of bars and the legendary Ourico nightclub.

This itinerary gives you the very best of Spain and Portugal. Enjoy the group tour from Barcelona to Lisbon. Stroll the hilly streets with a cup of coffee in your hand. Explore. Find a secret spot in a less crowded place and enjoy your lunch. Continue to Ericeira where you'll be learning to master the waves. Grab a cocktail in the evening in the surf camp and just enjoy life in South Europe.

This itinerary starts out in Barcelona where you're going on a 10 day group tour with likeminded backpackers all the way across the Iberian Peninsular. Once you touch down in Lisbon we have arranged the first nights at the centrally located Selina Hostel that has quite a youthful and hip vibe. Get to know every corner of the city and join other young backpackers for a memorable time in the Portuguese capital.

After your couple of nights in Lisbon you head 45 minutes north to the surf camp in Ericeira, where you have 1 week with other surfers from all over the world.

Break the waves. Meet new friends. Get exhausted in the water during the day. Relax in the surf camp in the evening. Enjoy that cold refreshment that you deserve. Repeat!

No matter if you're an experienced surfer or not, the stay in the surf camp in Ericeira will be the most epic week! You'll get instructions based on your level, so fear not if it's your first time living the surfer lifestyle. In fact, if it is your first time, there is a big chance it's not your last!

When you're done surfing the Atlantic Ocean, it's time for you to decided whether you're going home or want to continue traveling.
